Our Story

Right at the brink of the COIVD-19 pandemic, the Kitchen and Bath industry saw a short-lived pause, followed by an incredible burst of business that in many cases is still affecting us today. While some businesses hunkered down, froze hiring, and did their best to stay afloat; our founder, Jonathan Rowland, saw an opportunity that the busy pandemic would bring, and decided that the knowledge and support he had to offer was something that dealers would love and appreciate.

So in early 2020, Jonathan began looking at brands he’d like to share with his dealer partners, as well as evaluating brands reaching out to him asking for his assistance in representing them. Focusing on independent brands that were made in America using domestically sourced materials and with their own logistics teams.

Since it’s inception, RCC has grown from a small footprint to now representing clients from Virginia to Maine. We are exponentially growing our territory by partnering with our clients to help them grow and become more profitable. And, we are helping new designers get into the Kitchen and Bath business through our consulting. We are excited to see where the future leads!
