Jonathan Rowland
Jonathan, while forming RCC, brings nearly 30 years of K&B industry experience to the table. He’s served in the kitchen and bath industry in multiple positions, including designer, project manager, showroom manager, account executive, and territory manager. Jonathan offers training on 2020 and ProKitchen Design software, cabinet training (101, 201, beyond the basics,) and consulting to help K&B business owners grow their companies.

Rob Owens
Rob brings his over three decades of K&B industry experience to the RCC team. We are excited to have Rob representing our clients in NJ, Southern NY, and Eastern PA. Rob has excellent cabinet sales experience and has established long-standing business relationships within his dealer network.
Noah Thomas
Noah brings additional experience in Sales and Marketing to our team. He takes a consultative approach to working with dealers and designers, helping them to choose the right products for their needs and leverage data to make informed business decisions. Noah manages several markets across the North Eastern United States.
